Obstetrics and Gynecology (Section 10 EMBASE)

This journal aims to provide its readers with a swift, yet complete, current awareness service. This is achieved both by the scope and structure of the journal, key features of which are:-

• Careful selection of relevant abstracts (and other bibliographic data) from the latest issues of 4,000 leading international biomedical journals.

• The arrangement, within each issue, of abstracts into separate chapters devoted to a specific topic. The journal covers human obstetrics and gynecology, including female infertility, fetal monitoring, anticonception in women, and neonatal care of normal children. Diseases of the female breast are not covered here, but in Section 6: Internal Medicine or in Section 9: Surgery, as appropriate.

• Detailed author and keyword indexes to allow the reader to locate items of special interest.
